Responsibilities :
- Liaise with Operations Leads and Stakeholders across different geographies on day-to-day delivery and meet structured deliverables deadlines.
- Mentor Change Management including automation initiatives including transformation and robotics, and drive productivity milestones
- Manage client expectations
- Handle all SOW and contract related discussions
- Drive Gross Margins as per company objective
- Derive valuable insights for improvement through innovation
- Service delivery of the processes in the specific timelines.
- Monitor operations health in terms of SLAs, KPI, Risk Indicators and Process Metrics
- Manage large teams based across different locations in India and ensure smooth delivery
- Manage critical client stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage client escalations ensuring a smooth resolution to concerns / issues.
Client relationship :
- Ensure that a smooth relationship is maintained between the company and the client.
- Appraise the client on the happenings at Hexaware BPS whenever necessary.
- Deliver the data requested by the client in appropriate timings.
The candidate is expected to be an expert in Banking space with experience in managing large operations for a global bank.
