Designation - Manager, Intelligent Automation Solutions
Key Responsibilities, :
- Working closely with the Sales team on proposals and pitches for new business
- Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions
- Partner with our customers to identify the best customised solution that meets their requirements in terms of automation strategy on an enterprise level
- Providing PreSales support to the Sales team during RFI/RFP and PoC stages, including the drafting of RFI/RFP responses. Analyse & respond RFI / RFP documents and suggest technology solutions to clients leveraging all Automation interventions
- Anchor automation advisory (assessments) - either remotely or physically (onsite / offshore) to evaluate client processes and propose best-fit solutions including but not limited to RPA, OCR, AI / ML and Analytics interventions
- Enable new technology solutions or platforms from partners and manage / build partnerships and alliances
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders / seek sign-offs and finalise solutions with respective teams involved, closely work with the functional and technical teams to derive solutions
- Putting together business case / pricing for the Sales teams to support proposals bringing it to closure
- Present solution to customers for - RFPs, RFIs, Proactive Proposals + Demos, etc.
- Being accountable for the quality of the solution and handover to delivery team for design & development
Candidate Requirements:
- 10-12 years of total experience with minimum 4+ years of experience in Intelligent Automation PreSales / Solutions & Transformation
- Current experience working in a similar role in a BPO would be a strong advantage
- Knowledge of cutting-edge technologies RPA, OCR, AI/ML, NLP, Chatbot etc.
- Know-how of leading Intelligent Automation Platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, WorkFusion etc.
- Knowledge on Process Discovery and Process Mining tools would be an added advantage
- Must be a subject matter expert with extensive business process automation experience
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand
- Constantly upgrading the solutions with evolving technology and customer requirements
- Be a highly driven, autonomous, resilient and team player with a strong work ethic
- Client facing experience in running small to large deals
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, innovative and multi-cultural team / business environment
- Strong critical thinker with problem solving attitude
- Team player with experience leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutions
