- 15+ years of total experience with at least 10 years into workforce planning & Talent Acquisition.
- Extensive knowledge of employment and recruitment practices, with demonstrated general management capability (e.g., managing people, managing budgets, managing change/innovation, managing vendors).
- Extensive know-how and broad comprehension of Recruitment systems infra-structure, design, systems interfaces, and Internet capabilities.
- Should have hired through multi channels/sources.
- Innovative hiring through networking, social media etc. alternate channels.
- Should have strong Campus and industry relationships. Preferably should have represented the company at recruiting events, Job fairs, seminars and conferences.
- Must have in depth understanding of recruitment dynamics driving talent acquisition strategies for multiple geographies.
- Candidate with experience in deploying an applicant tracking system and with experience in RPA would be considered favorably.
- Should demonstrate the ability to develop and implement strategies which lead to improvement of recruitment metrics. Should be eager to explore bold talent acquisition practices (including social media) backed by conviction to hire top notch incumbents.
- Must have strong team, stakeholder, and vendor partners and in general people management skills.
- Should be influential with strong negotiating skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to continuously raise the hiring bar.
- Must have leadership, team building, and coaching skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem resolution skills would be expected from the role holder.
- Must be results driven with high level of professionalism.
- Must have a passion to dream big in transforming the Talent Acquisition approach, systems and practices in the organization and then drive to work towards the dream.
