Hexaware is scouting for Bid Management team members with 4 to 8 years of post-MBA experience. This role offers a shot at a Sales Career - in both hunting and account management. After a period of two years in Bid management, there is a path available for Pre-sales and Delivery roles also, apart from Sales.

Requirements :
a) Current Role Should be in one of the following areas :
- Solution architecting
- Consulting
- Account Management
- Sales/ Hunting
- Business Finance
b) 4 to 10years- experience in Pre-sales, Business consulting with exposure to IT or IT consulting
c) Graduation in engineering with post-graduation from a tier 1 B-School is Mandatory
d) Should have prior experience in Consulting organization or Business consulting function
e) Solution architecting and Presales experience in any Application stream (ERP, BI &A, ADM)
f) Prior exposure to core industry will be an added advantage
Roles and Responsibilities :
a) Understand requirements stated in RFP/RFI and stitch together a winning proposal based on inputs from multiple technology and domain teams
b) Engage in qualified sales opportunities to deliver a proposal for opportunities
c) Identify inter-dependencies and create an overall bid project plan with defined tasks, deliverable and associated timelines and track it to closure
d) Review requirements and place the initial bids
e) Understand business requirements and map relevant technology
