Role: P&C / General Insurance - Program manager
Experience:
- Overall, 7-10 yrs+ in Project Management and Program Management role
- A Program Leader in P&C Insurance Technology with a proven track record in program and project management, solution delivery, and end-to-end guidewire / DuckCreek and P&C core , and Digital application development.
- This role requires expertise across the software development lifecycle (SDLC), utilizing methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and SAFe- .
- Key areas of focus include partner management, strategic planning, and road mapping, along with business development and commercial pursuits.
- The ideal candidate will also be skilled in IT portfolio management, IT strategy and assessment, and operationalizing roadmaps.
- A strong background in business process design, and data analytics is essential, as well as experience with contract negotiations, organizational change management, and establishing joint business relationships and vendor alliances.
Education: MBA with CPCU Certified/Guidewire ACE functional Policy Billing or Claim, AINS certification,
Expectation :
- Seasoned leader in program management, product development, and vendor alliances within the insurance industry.
- Expert in managing programs and project teams with full P&L responsibility for budgets ranging from $5M-$10M, overseeing all phases of the technology enablement lifecycle.
- Skilled at establishing and managing strategic go-to-market alliances with key industry vendors.
- Responsible for the end-to-end product development lifecycle, focused on launching innovative digital services and products.
- Drives business development and commercial pursuits in insurance technology, while providing career mentorship to mid-level staff.
