- The position will be based at our Mumbai Head Office.

About the role:

- The person shall be responsible to achieve top line and bottom-line targets in the region, acquire new customers, sustain orders from the existing customers, track, apply and grab local government tenders for premixes, RUTF, RUSFs.

- Aggressively explore FMCG and Conglomerates to increase the business in Customized Premix.

- Identify and build strong relationship with local business and channel partners, their training, marketing events, inputs and also ensure required liaison with all stakeholders.

- Lead contract negotiations with international customers.

- Track sales metrics and report on performance regularly.

- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

The Successful Applicant:

- A successful International BD Manager (B2B) - West Africa, should have: B. Sc. & MBA Marketing / International Marketing preferred.

- At least 5 years of overall B2B sales experience in West Africa regions

- Should have exposure in Ivory Coast, Ghana or Nigeria

- Should have experience either in Nutraceuticals / Pharmaceuticals /FMCG/Food Supplements/Ingredients/ flavors/premixes etc business.

- This role requires frequent travel.
