Objectives of this role:
- Recruit candidates for mid - senior level IT specialist roles for Onsite requirements.
- Source, Screen, qualify the best candidates and handle end-end recruitment life cycle.
- Closely collaborate with Team and Hiring manager to tailor recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Work on multiple technical requirements and successfully achieve targets.
- Ensure utmost fulfillment of companys hiring standards and metrics during the entire hiring process.
- Network with potential candidates to promote our brand and to ensure that it attracts qualified professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates from Pan-India for diverse technical requirements through job boards, referrals, and other relevant channels.
- Compile a shortlist of qualified candidates through strategic cold calling and take them through a smooth interview process.
- Qualify candidates using a combination of methods (ex: technical knowledge assessment, behavioral questions).
- Build and maintain candidate database to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified applicants.
- Plan, organize and Participate in Walk-In Drives, Tech conferences and meetups with IT professionals.
- Remain up to date on technological trends to have strategic conversations with candidates about their future hiring needs.
Required Skills:
- Proven success in recruiting for the technology sector.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (ex: Telephonic, Teams, etc).
- Strong Technical acumen and ability to explain job requirements for IT roles.
- Excellent Candidate Engagement, Confidentiality and Negotiation Skills.
- Strong Sourcing abilities and Boolean search skills to source quality candidates.
- Excellent communication skills to handle complex candidate interactions effortlessly.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Tenacity, resourcefulness, and strong ability to build a solid network.
- Hunter attitude with a self-driven goal-based approach.
- Good aptitude, attitude, adaptability, & collaboration.
- Willing to extend support in Weekends.
- Willing to travel and participate in Walk-In Drives.
Good to have:
- Good knowledge about USA Immigration and Citizenship Policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources, communications, marketing, business, Computer Sciences or related field.
- 2 or more years of experience in full-cycle IT/Technical recruiting.
- Work Mode: Work From Office (5 days/week).
