Job Summary:.

- We are seeking a highly experienced Inside Sales Manager with 10+ years of expertise in IT Consulting and Software Services Sales, with a strong focus on Microsoft and Cloud Technology Services including Azure and AWS, as well as Application Development, Modernization, and Data and Gen AI Services.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the inside sales team, driving revenue growth, and expanding our client base.

- This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership and a passion for achieving results.

Key Responsibilities:.

- HexaCorp currently service offerings to C-level executives across various industries in the US market.

- Develop and execute inside sales strategies to meet company objectives and revenue targets, particularly within the IT Solutions and Services domain.

- Lead efforts to acquire new clients and expand relationships with existing customers, particularly in Microsoft Services, Managed Service Providers (MSP), and Cloud Services.

- Leverage an established network within the IT industry to boost sales efforts and drive business growth.

- Collaborate with teams in Cloud and Managed Services and Technology Integrated Services to deliver cohesive sales strategies.

- Lead, mentor, and inspire the inside sales team to achieve high performance and professional growth.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
