Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Inside Sales Manager with 10+ years of expertise in IT Consulting and Software Services Sales, with a strong focus on Microsoft and Cloud Technology Services including Azure and AWS, as well as Application Development, Modernization, and Data and Gen AI Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the inside sales team, driving revenue growth, and expanding our client base. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership and a passion for achieving results.
Key Responsibilities:
- HexaCorp currently service offerings to C-level executives across various industries in the US market.
- Develop and execute inside sales strategies to meet company objectives and revenue targets, particularly within the IT Solutions and Services domain.
- Lead efforts to acquire new clients and expand relationships with existing customers, particularly in Microsoft Services, Managed Service Providers (MSP), and Cloud Services.
- Leverage an established network within the IT industry to boost sales efforts and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with teams in Cloud and Managed Services and Technology Integrated Services to deliver cohesive sales strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the inside sales team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing actionable insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless approach to business growth.
- Monitor team performance, implementing necessary improvements to achieve optimal results.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a proven ability to inspire and drive high performance.
- Strong understanding of fundamental Technologies such as Open Platforms, MS, Cloud Computing, Account Management, Customer Facing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong understanding of MSP and IT Resources Staff Augmentation models, Writing SOW's, handling Marketing initiatives such as Social Handles, Emails Marketing & Campaigns Initiatives, Cold / Warm Calling, Knowledge of organizing webinars and customer meet and greet events.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools, including analytics platforms.
- A results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High levels of professionalism and integrity.
- Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP) or equivalent certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
