What you will do in this role:As an Event Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in executing marketing strategies in US geo to promote Hevo and its products/services. Your primary responsibility will be to drive lead generation and enhance brand awareness through two channels -> Online Webinars and In-Person Field events.
A. Define Webinar and Field Events strategy for US:- Develop, implement, and manage field marketing strategies that align with the company's broader marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to customize campaigns and initiatives based on different GTM motions.
B. Event Management and Marketing:- Plan and execute events, including webinars, trade shows, round tables meetups, and partner e vents, etc.
- Coordinate all logistics, budgets, and materials required for successful events.
- Drive event registrations targets through various channels, such as online platforms, email campaigns, and outreach via Sales teams, etc.
C. Content and Collateral:- Build marketing collateral and content required for events - emails, social media posts, handouts, swag kits, email
- Ensure that all marketing materials are consistent with the company's branding and messaging.
D. Measure Impact:- Track and analyze the performance of regional marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
What do you bring to the table?- 3-4 years of experience in field marketing, or event management
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills
