Description:
Hevo is looking for a motivated and growth-oriented Director of Growth Marketing to join our team as a key leader in the Revenue function. The leader will own the overall demand generation through channels including SEM, SEO, ABM campaigns, and events. Additionally, the leader will also own marketing operations and marketing technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive product trials through digital channels.
- Drive customer acquisition in the global market through digital channels.
- Implement inbound and outbound campaigns incorporating email marketing, SEO/SEM, social, web, display, live/digital events, etc.
- Identify and test new growth opportunities across segments/channels.
- Monitor and assess the evolution of the landscape in which Hevo operates.
- Drive initiatives to establish the thought leadership of Hevo in the space.
- Collaborate with other team members across the organization so that strategy, messaging, branding, and execution are consistent and coordinated.
- Determine forecasts and establish agreed-upon KPIs for programs. Track and measure performance to deliver on expected outcomes, determine ROI, and prioritize resources.
- Own and share detailed analysis and reports on these efforts.
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a cross-functional team to build and execute growth strategies.
Experience and Skill-set:
- 10+ years of expertise in Digital Marketing (B2B) in a fast-paced growth organization.
- Prior experience in hyper-growth SaaS company (preferred).
- Deep understanding of the US or global market, including connections to relevant partners, full knowledge of local compliance, cultural and market trends.
- Experience in building and leading teams to deliver their KPIs.
- Ability to analyze and think strategically around audience segmentation, targeting, and brand positioning.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated capacity to make data-informed decisions.
- High attention to detail.
