Overview of Growth Operations at Hevo:

Growth at Hevo means rapid experimentation to find channels of growth and then scaling them up. Our philosophy is deeply rooted in data-driven decision-making. Every experiment is planned keeping an objective and goal in place. The experiments range from persona identification, channel finalization to messaging, pricing, feature adoption, and so on. Based on this philosophy, we are scaling growth operations across organic (content marketing), online events, paid marketing, etc.

We look at product-led growth as the key differentiator that will help us drive exponential growth. Keeping the product at the center and customer experience closely tied to it, we are constantly looking for new ways to let the right users not only discover our offerings but also derive value in the shortest time possible.

Some of our accomplishments in the growth domain so far are:

1. Robust organic traffic generation engine with ~100k+ unique visitors - all organic

2. Rapidly growing customer base across 45+ countries

3. Highest rated product on G2 in our category.

We have a lot of growth initiatives in the pipeline across multiple channels, and to ensure different users (personas) and not just data teams within a company can derive value out of our product. The Growth team will be at the cusp of the rocketship we're building.

Director of Growth:

This role is for someone looking to create an impact by way of using data-driven methodologies to create a sustainable growth strategy for a top-in-class technology product.

Over the next 3 years, our aim will be to scale our revenues 3-4X per year. To enable this journey, our growth function needs to run rigorous activities to identify and scale multiple channels for lead generation and customer conversions. The Director of Growth will be at the forefront of this.

In this role, you will be expected to lead different teams and projects across organic, inorganic, GTM initiatives. You will be required to not just drive the execution of high-priority growth projects, but also keep constantly innovating to find new ideas and solutions to crack the growth puzzle in a competitive and exciting B2B SaaS market. Hence, the individual should have both the ability to think sharply and also execute at a fast pace.

Primary KPIs for this role would:

1. No of Product Trials Generated each month - 80% Weightage

2. Customer Acquisition Cast

3. Leads - Trial Activation - Paid Customer Conversion

4. Brand Awareness - 20% Weightage

A typical day-in-life in this role would entail:

1. Understand multiple product offerings and user/buyer personas along with the product landscape in the global market

2. Own execution of high-priority growth projects, ensuring timelines and goals are met

3. Drive OKR & metric reviews for different growth projects

4. Scale growth operations for successful experiments and initiatives

5. Apply out-of-the-box thinking to innovate on GTM and growth ideas

6. Identify skill gaps and upscale the growth team
