Director of Business Operations - A Critical Role for Hevo's Growth The Director of Business Operations will play an instrumental role in shaping our business strategy and be at the forefront of this growth. You will play an extremely crucial role to build and scale key pieces of the Sales and Marketing Strategy -&gt; Revenue Ops, Sales and Marketing Analytics, Training and Onboarding for Business Teams, Automation, and Team Coaching. You will lead high-leverage projects and initiatives with the goal to not only help us move faster but also be a strong catalyst for growth. Here's what you will own : 1. Own all the projects and deliverables for the entire BizOps function at Hevo. This includes: a. Problem-solving the challenges of the business team through in-depth data analysis. b. Provide actionable recommendations across departments to drive growth and operational efficiency c. Develop, monitor, and analyze KPIs across the business units to assess performance towards strategic goals and milestones d. Devising business team onboarding and training strategy e.
