Associate Director - Inside Sales will play a key role in scaling and accelerating Hevo's Inbound sales team. The incumbent will own a team of supercharged Inside Sales Managers and deliver excellent customer experience during the sales cycle.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage a team of Inside Sales Managers (ISM) responsible for end-to-end Inbound Sales in Global Markets e.g. North America.
2. Own monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue quota, account conversions, and other key KPIs of the team.
3. Forecast closures accurately (weekly, monthly, and quarterly).
4. Responsible for the daily metrics of the team (Dials, Talk Time, Emails, Opportunities).
5. Train, Coach, and Mentor Inside Sales Manager with a continuous feedback mechanism.
6. Work closely with Marketing, Product, Technical Support to develop effective sales strategies.
