They are looking for a range of professionals to join their team as they expand into their next phase and are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing specialist to manage their digital footprint and scale their online presence in India and internationally.

What's on offer- A highly competitive salary up to 10 Lakhs and responsible for owning a range of projects, including the strategy, definition, and execution.

Detailed responsibilities:

1. Technical Expertise in Digital Marketing

- Drive performance marketing analytics, including producing weekly and monthly reports that provide optimization opportunities and highlight key insights and trends

- Lead pay-per-click efforts including search, social, remarketing and display campaigns

- Improve per-per-click performance for both branded and unbranded campaigns using industry best practices within established revenue, CPA and ROAS targets

- Prospect new users through advanced targeting and bidding strategies

2. Project Management

- Lead the evolution of online marketing campaigns, specifically PPC and various retargeting strategies

- Work closely with UI/UX designer, content writers, and other members of the team to ensure proper planning, execution, evaluation, and optimization of ongoing and new campaigns

- Provide actionable insights to optimize creative, messaging and value propositions for intelligent and creative retargeting

- Track, record, and report PPC performance metrics on a weekly/monthly basis and ensure they are reaching the KPI targets

- Pay attention to detail, whilst delivering all projects within a defined time period

3. Independent Execution

- Independently own and drive all digital customer acquisition programs across the organization, including strategy, definition, and execution

- Drive measurable results through expert analysis backed by hard data

- Own and implement testing initiatives in key areas such as ad creative, lead-gen forms and landing page messaging and layout

Does this sound like you-

Required:

2+ years- experience in online customer acquisition, specifically across Google search, Google display and Facebook

2+ years of experience executing and optimizing paid performance campaigns, including SEO, PPC, CPA, CPC, ROAS across the web, mobile and email campaigns

Preferred:

Experience managing a team, including web developers and content/graphics agencies

Experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment

Experience creating marketing content

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

A positive, customer-focused approach with the ability to adapt to change

A goal oriented and performance driven individual, who is inquisitive about the latest digital marketing tools and trends

Engineering degree preferred
