Role Overview:

- We are searching for a highly skilled and passionate Faculty/Senior Faculty specializing in Finance to join our dynamic team. As a Faculty member, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering our comprehensive Finance Domain program while ensuring it resonates with industry requisites and nurtures student success. Responsibilities:

- Educational Excellence: Instruct and guide students, equipping them with the skills and knowledge essential for successful learning outcomes in the finance domain.

- Engaging Learning Experiences: Conduct interactive online classes, workshops, and masterclasses to deliver impactful and engaging learning experiences.

- Program Innovation: Design and develop new programs as needed, aligning with industry trends and the distinctive demands of the Indian market.

- Curriculum Enhancement: Continuously enhance and update learning curricula and content for existing programs to keep pace with industry advancements.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless program execution and elevate the overall learning experience.

- Career Development: Partner with the careers team to ensure students achieve successful career outcomes after program completion.

- Industry Connectivity: Foster and maintain strong industry connections to facilitate partnerships, internships, and placement opportunities for students.

Requirements:

- Expertise: A solid track record of 6+ years in Equity Research and/or Corporate Finance.

- Education: Masters in finance or CA qualification is required.

- Preferred Qualification: PhD degree from a Tier 1 Institution (though not mandatory).

- Teaching Experience: Compelling full-time or part-time teaching experience is mandatory.

- Financial Acumen: Profound understanding of financial analysis, market trends, and investment decision-making processes.

- Domain Mastery: Demonstrated expertise in Finance, Equity Research, and Corporate Finance methodologies, particularly tailored for the Indian financial industry.-

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of captivating and motivating students in virtual learning environments.

- Networking: Proven ability to build and sustain a professional network within the financial domain, fostering collaborations and masterclass opportunities.
