Designation: Corporate Relations Manager(Technology & Gaming placements)

Responsibilities:
- To lead the corporate outreach initiative for the Technology /Gaming Domain related Career Outcomes
- Research, identify, and cultivate relationships with leading corporations to establish them as Hiring Partners. The focus is on obtaining job descriptions (JDs) from these companies for Hero Vired learners.
- Match learners with opportunities that align with their profiles and course outcomes, optimizing their career trajectories.
- Develop and nurture robust relationships with hiring partners, facilitating smooth onboarding and a clear understanding of their recruitment needs.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both partners and students.
- Craft compelling success stories by securing placements for Hero Vired learners in prestigious companies with attractive packages.
- Provide timely insights on the latest skill trends and best practices, contributing to the continuous enhancement of the curriculum and faculty team's capabilities.
What are we looking for?
- Possess at least 4 years of experience in Placement and Corporate Outreach, preferably within the EdTech sector.
- Should have a strong network with the Talent Acquisition teams of various companies in domains like Product, IT/ITeS, Gaming/Esports, FinTechs, E-Commerce, Health-Tech, Logistics Tech etc.
- Gathers in-depth knowledge of client's business, organizational structure, and business processes to drive meaningful outcomes for partners.
- Demonstrates strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Should be a go-getter, great execution makes good ideas successful.
- Should have great passion for EdTech as a Sector.
