1. Able to work in Greenfield project regarding installation of forging & Machinery setup.

2. Maintaining the safety standards of the plant.

3. Good knowledge of forging & machining in process & final inspection.

4. Good knowledge of forging customer complaints & provide CAPA with root cause elimination by implementing actions on lines.

5. Proficient in handling Gauges, Instructions calibration & Plan adherence.

6. Knowledge of CMM & Metallurgy analysis.

7. Good knowledge of Quality tool such as SPC, MSA & lean manufacturing.

8. Review of all quality standards/SOP for operations.

9. Level-1 knowledge of German language will be an added advantage.
