Position Details:
Title : Deputy General Manager, Business Development
Function : Business Development
Reports to : Vice President, BD
Location : Noida
Specifications:
Experience (in years) : 12-15 Years
Industry Preferred : Powertrain / Auto Industries
Qualification : BE Mechanical / Production / Automobile + MBA (from a reputed B-school)
Roles & responsibilities:
- Strong accountability of building new businesses.
- Engage & encourage the BD team to perform.
- Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations.
- Execute go-to-market plan, content roadmap & launch campaign.
- Execute the strategy for business acquisitions and present it to senior management.
- Maintain relationships with current clients and identify prospective clients.
- Stay up to date on market trends, competition and implement best practices.
Functional competencies:
- In-depth understanding of BD, marketing & sales related activities.
- Experience in Electric Drive Units and its components will be an added advantage.
- Good commercials negotiation skills.
- Must have good understanding in Business Models of Manufacturing companies.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
