Ensure organization wide compliance tool implementation, roll out and its smooth functioning going forward for all plants, offices and Learning Centre locations (more than 50 locations). - Ensuring highly efficient shareholders- services and interaction, executing actions related to Shareholder correspondence, share transfer / transmission, duplicate issue, providing timely update to Stakeholders- Committee, co-ordination with RTA, internal legal team and external regulatory bodies, law firms, SEBI etc., for old and complex litigations matters. - Managing shareholders related litigation. - Managing the entire secretarial compliance of companies under the promoter group. Taking up documentation and compliance of various corporate actions for promoter companies at short notice. - Updating secretarial and finance team on latest updates / amendments happening under the Companies Act- 2013 and SEBI Laws.
