Job Purpose :
- Strategizing and Managing Employee relations in coordination with operations by providing efficient, disciplined, cost effective manpower solutions / support to achieve the business objectives in congenial environment.
Key Accountabilities :
- Strategizing Harmonious Industrial Relations in Gurgaon Plant for achieving business plan.
- Establish and Ensure Minimum Legal exposure to the organisation to meet the all statutory compliances.
- Determine and Develop the framework to provide timely and right kind of manpower for operations.
- Establish and ensure smooth management of employee life cycle with respect to Regular Operators, Trainees, Apprentices and various kind of Contract Labour through establishment to facilitate the entire workforce.
- Strategizes and manages employee development through Education & Training and Engagement initiatives to upkeep the morale and motivation of the employees.
Education : Post Graduate in Social Sciences with specialization in Labour Laws
