- Associate Manager Legal

Job Purpose -

Person will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of legal activities for India and Global operations including contract management, corporate advisory, compliance, and legal research, IPR, Merger and Acquisition across the organisation and ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks and ensure no legal exposure on the Company, its Director and its employees.

Key Accountabilities :

1. Manage, Assist and take care of various Contractual arrangement (for India and global operations) entered on behalf of the Company in order to ensure no or minimum legal exposure on the Company.

2. Manage, execute and advice on litigation issues filed by or against the Company in order to ensure less risk or exposure on the Company and also to attain compliance of applicable laws.

3. Providing corporate advisory, legal research on laws of countries of presence of company in order to enable the company to adhere to compliance of applicable laws and regulations.

4. IPR life cycle management, enforcement, licensing and Marketing support

Education - LL.B. (Hons.), LLM or any qualification in international laws, corporate/commercial laws will be an added advantage

Skills & Capabilities : 

- Very Good knowledge of corporate, commercial Laws and drafting skills

- Understanding of global operations and ability to manage complex legal issues in various countries

- Ability to work independently, manage business clients, provide independent advice to senior level management on highly technical matters
