Job Description :
1. Handling end-to-end sales and operations, leading a team of sales consultants (PAN India) and business partners to acquire new customers and manage the existing clients to achieve QoQ growth and accomplish annual revenue goals.
2. Mentoring sales team members to build a high-performing sales team.
3. Developing and executing sales, business development, marketing (digital and offline), and operational excellence strategies.
4. Creating and maintaining a high-quality pipeline of prospective training and consulting opportunities with customers by building a strong relationships with key decision-makers.
5. Assess and map client organization's human capital development needs and offer off the shelf courses or offer bespoke solutions using virtual training, e-learning, classroom training or blended learning approach.
