Role and Responsibilities:

- Understand product requirements, defining product strategy and road map

- Develop cost competitive, qualitative, sustainable mobility solution

- Product planning & Project management, CFT Review, Design & Drawing Review, Decision making, Team management, Toll Gate adherence, Mock-up sample bike/ Concept creation, Specification finalization, Supplier's development support, DVP, Test/Validation report review

- E-Components Design, Development & Integration for Indian and overseas customer - for low speed and High Speed vehicles

- E-Bike certification in accordance to compliance & country specific regulations

- E-Bike technology up-gradation and products benchmarking to have market leadership

- Keeping an eye on latest trends and incorporating in the low speed and high speed mobility solutions

- Support in Electronic Components development to group companies

- Lead VA/VE activities and EDU Components Localization support for cost optimization, quality and delivery improvement .

- In-house EDU testing infrastructure development, lab layout finalization, Instrument procurement & commissioning

- Organize product awareness and skill development training program for peers.

- Business Plans, Budget planning, Product planning, Product development process, , Risk mapping, Team management, Talent retention

Qualification

1) Strong Know how on Development of EV specific Commodities like Motor , Battery , Controller

2) Should have been in a Team lead position for at least 4-5 years managing design for electronic Commodity

3) Strong background of having led localization projects, testing, homologation related to EV in the past few years

4) Preferred Mtech in Electronics from a premier institute . Btech in Electronics is must

5) Experience 12-15 Years .

6) Preferred Candidate from a Electronics Industry - Major Automotive OEM / Tier 1
