Brand Manager
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Strategizing and Executing marketing campaigns for overall category creation and sales growth
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Managing multiple agencies for Creative, Media and PR
- Own the social media handles of the brand and drive the digital presence of the brand along with ORM
- Responsible for all PR efforts for the brand
- Responsible for all communication across multiple touch points that include Store, Website, Social Media, Advertising, Direct Mailers
- Drive Consumer Research & Insights
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities
- Drive communication around new Product Launches
- Enable strategic alliances & collaborations with like minded brands
- Managing Call Centre for Inbound & Outbound leads nurturing and conversion
- Suggest and implement new features for enabling deeper brand awareness
- Managing the marketing spend for the team
Skills & Qualifications :- 7 to 10 Years of experience. Experience in startups, category creation and scaling up businesses is preferred
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
- Data-driven thinking and strong analytical skills
