Hero Housing Finance - Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - CA

Key Responsibilities:

1. Periodic P&L reporting, product profitability reports (PPR), key business metrics at entity level

2. Preparation of branch level, product level and segment level PPR

3. Preparation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) - must have worked on AOP/Budgets

4. Interacting with various stakeholders for collating inputs as required for AOP

5. Preparation of weekly dashboards for reporting to Management team

6. Preparation of Board decks for monthly and quarterly reviews and Board Meeting

7. Preparation of rolling forecasts on monthly/quarterly basis

8. Analysis of key cost drivers and continuous monitoring of operating and admin expenses - entity level, segment level and product level

9. Conduct variance analysis of income and expenses on monthly basis - Actual vs. AOP

10. Peer comparison & Industry benchmarking - industry overview, trends and outlook, key business metrics and highlight KPI's to Management team;

11. Decision support analysis - assisting Management to devise key strategies for product, distribution and productivity

12. Any other task as may be required from time to time.

Desired Skills and Attributes:

1. Chartered Accountant with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business planning and analysis role

2. Must be from HFC/NBFC industry (like Bajaj Finance, TATA Capital, IIFL, PNB Housing or similar)

3. Good knowledge of accounting standards - Ind AS / IFRS

4. Working knowledge of Loan Management Systems (FINNONE/SFDC)

5. Must be excellent in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint both)

6. Must have good communication skills, both oral and written

7. Should be a good team player and willing to take initiatives

8. Ability to do multi-tasking and meet the defined timelines.
