Hero FinCorp - Senior Associate - Martech

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the IT PMO for Implementation and integration of Martech stack with systems

- Data custodian of the entire Martech stack (upstream and downstream)

- Responsible for increasing the uptime

- Manages the technical support by liaising with the vendor for timely resolution of the incidents raised by the business

- Ensure the security and compliance of marketing technology systems.

- Implement measures to protect customer data and adhere to regulations

- Implementation timeline - 50%

- Uptime, turnaround time and change management - 50%
