Lead - Operations (Portfolio Servicing)

- Develop, identify and implement compliance model required for the department to operate within acceptable standards.

- Will be responsible for managing the post disbursement activities at Central Operations like Payments, Presentation, Reconciliation, PDD Management, Records Management as per the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

- Interacting with Business and other stakeholders for the resolution and closure of various pendency in the processes and Audit related queries within timelines.

- Must be responsible for catering and implementation of open/new projects for smooth functioning of processes of the department.

- Must be ensuring Quality Checks done as per SOP of the vertical and smooth functioning of business activities on daily basis.

- Must ensure assessment of all SOP and implementation of any changes for aligning with the new regulatory or organizational guidelines.

- Will be responsible for Automation and digitisation of the manual activities done within various processes at Central Ops.

- Should have excellent knowledge of MS-Power-point, Excel and other reporting tools.

- Must have excellent communication skills and able to present the data with facts.

- Will take care of comprehensive review of department's adherence to regulatory guidelines.

- Complete knowledge of Retail Asset Operation processes.
