Hero FinCorp - Lead - Hindsighting - Risk & Policy

- Leading a team of hindsight Managers and Vendors to carry out Hindsighting activity for all Retail Finance Secured and Unsecured products

- Responsible for setting up hindsight process for Retail lending business

- Should be able to independently handle the sampling strategy, scoping of hindsight activity in line with the nature of product

- Managing a team of on-roll / off roll / agency to get the file reviews done

- Liasioning with Policy and line team to close on observations

- Designing and publishing a score card to reflect performance of team

- Giving feedback to policy / risk team basis hindsighting observations

- Liasioning with various departments like Operation, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Credit, sales to streamline processes

- Imparting training to the sales/credit/operations team to minimize errors and maximize scores.

- Should have underwriting / hindsighting experience of Two Wheeler / Used Car/ Personal Loan/Business Loan products

- Initiating action basis sample review to address concerning areas / reward performing areas / people
