Responsibilities:
- Address and mediate conflicts between employees or between employees and management to ensure fair and equitable solutions.
- Ensure that company policies related to employee conduct, workplace behavior, and disciplinary actions are consistently applied and understood by all employees.
- Ensure adherence to labour laws and regulations, and keep the organization updated on relevant legal changes.
- Conduct thorough investigations into complaints, grievances, or breaches of company policy and recommend appropriate actions.
- Provide training for managers and employees on ER-related topics such as conflict resolution, communication, and legal compliance.
- Act as a trusted resource for employees to raise concerns, seek advice, and understand their rights and responsibilities.
- Maintain detailed records of ER cases, prepare reports on trends, and advise senior management on potential risks.
- Work with leadership to develop strategies that foster a positive organizational culture and improve employee satisfaction.
