Employee Relations: The ER is responsible for leading and managing the employee relations function within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing employee relations strategies, handling complex employee issues, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and fostering a positive work environment. The Employee Relations will work closely with HR Business Partners, legal & FCU team to resolve conflicts, improve employee satisfaction, and maintain a productive workplace culture.
- Address and mediate conflicts between employees or between employees and management to ensure fair and equitable solutions.
- Ensure that company policies related to employee conduct, workplace behaviour, and disciplinary actions are consistently applied and understood by all employees.
- Ensure adherence to labour laws and regulations, and keep the organization updated on relevant legal changes.
- Conduct thorough investigations into complaints, grievances, or breaches of company policy, and recommend appropriate actions.
- Provide training for managers and employees on ER-related topics such as conflict resolution, communication, and legal compliance.
- Act as a trusted resource for employees to raise concerns, seek advice, and understand their rights and responsibilities.
- Maintain detailed records of ER cases, prepare reports on trends, and advise senior management on potential risks.
- Work with leadership to develop strategies that foster a positive organizational culture and improve employee satisfaction
Education: LLM/LLB is must
