Job Description :
- Lead the thinking on overall strategy, go to market approach, consumer initiatives and brand planning and overall P&L management for the assigned products.
- Understand consumer behavior across Lifestyle based smart technology products and identify insights and trends with respect to the brand through regular Market Researches. Translate the key findings to formulate Launch strategies and implement the same.
- Develop and deliver distinctive communication strategy & Creatives in line with the brand strategy and positioning.
- Hands-on experience in media buying in TV, Print, OOH, Radio and understanding of the media tools.
- Own & manage both Digital and Offline Marketing Campaigns, both Awareness plus Sale based campaigns, for the assigned product.
- Own and manage the business metrics like Sale, Lead Generation, Web Traffic etc, and Brand metrics like TOMA, Equity, Loyalty etc. and deliver ROI on marketing investments.
- Partner with sales team to design a retail activation strategy which includes building retail partnership programs, identifying the cross selling opportunities through right strategic brand associations.
- Translate the brand strategy into local brand activation/promotional strategy.
- Develop a visibility plan for launch and beyond which includes design and commissioning of POSM, etc.
- Merchandising/ VM planning and rollout, Managing Launch POS materials for on-ground sales team training & Store Displays etc.
- Vendor/ Agency Management & Selection. Also, Manages ROI of the spent on all schemes, ATL and BTL spends.
