Regional Sales Head
Distributor management :
- Ensure Distributor Get Maximum ROI as per the Industry standards.
POSM Management:
- Track the POSM received and utilized in the market.
Competition Management:
- Monitor, analyze and report the Competitor Price, Promotions, new launches and Marketing activities to take the necessary steps to ensure the sales targets happen and report the same to Head National - Sales & Distribution.
- Organize customer contract programs and addressing complaints.
- Responsible to monitor and have control on crates available for distribution of Milk & Milk Products on time and reconciliation of crates stocks on monthly basis.
- Responsible to collect/recover the empty crates from the agents on time-to-time in safe condition.
- Responsible for placement of Visi Coolers / Bottle Coolers in the Market as per the HFL policy.
- Responsible to maintain the asset register along with acknowledgements from the customers / parties and custodian for the same. Responsible for follow up and implementation of Food Safety Management Standards without any deviation.
- Responsible to maintain & regular update the record as per the FSMS guidelines submit reports to the concern Category Incharge from time to time.
