Position Overview :

The Sales Capability Development Manager is the owner of the complete sales capability building cycle and is responsible for leading and coaching sales activity across the region in line with the State & Region Strategies.

Key Result Areas :

- Proactive identification and development needs for Salesforce.

- Create and articulate a capability roadmap for the sales organization, in line with the Organization& strategic priorities.

- Work with the Functional Head towards creation and execution of the Sales Capability Blueprint towards building a future-ready sales organization.

- Develop the insights and plans that will step up our sales capability, improving both

- Effectiveness and efficiency through the implementation of best practices, while ensuring consistency in the approach across categories.

- Identifying Functional Sales Capability competencies for the field force across levels (Branch Managers to Sales Representatives) & Channels (General Trade, Modern Trade, Parlors, HDC, E-Commerce).

- Creation of cutting-edge training content to meet the Skills & Competency gaps.

- Design & deployment training programs for Manage & Officer of the Sales function.

- Measuring the effectiveness of the training content dissemination with linkages to the overall business.

- Design and implement the sales force rewards system in line with the set objectives.

- Process owner of the Online Learning Platform.

- Owner of the - Reward & Recognition program for the Sales & Distribution Team

- Prepare training materials, Conduct training to Sales Staffs and search training modules from other sources.
