- Looking to an IIM graduate who can handle domestic and international marketing and sales for a 5-decade old company- Herbochem
- Drive sales representatives to attain business growth objectives through new business wins and capturing market share
- Generally coordinate on key pursuits and initiatives with colleagues in Business Units, Corporate Strategy, U.S. Business Development
- Form and share data-driven insights with key business partners
- Conducts ad hoc analyses to support critical business decisions
- Providing daily sales prospects and new business reporting
- Performing ad-hoc analysis and strategic competitive business reviews
- Create business cases and other pitch material to sell a new idea internally and win the first pilot customers
- Support business case creation and validations
- Support assigned market in areas of Operational Marketing, Global Branding, Visual Merchandising, Product Development and Operations/Supply Chain
