Herbal Chakra - Specialist - Organic Growth Marketing

About Herbal Chakra:

- We are a Series A funded D2C start-up with a portfolio of Ayurvedic products. We are building a portfolio of innovative products to match the goodness of Ayurveda with the needs of the new age customers.

- We are looking for an Organic Growth Marketing Specialist

- you'll help define our organic growth strategy, building out and executing on roadmaps to scale our organic search traffic and drive awareness and conversions for both our consumer and merchant audiences.

Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of marketing strategies across all non-paid channels, including email, newsletter, blog, SEO, social media and content

- Develop roadmap and plan organic marketing channels of SEO and Social Media

- Analyze the traffic habits of our target audience

- Build our website's content library and optimize our website for organic search

- Use Social Media marketing to boost our organic reach

- Focus on creating SEO content and guest posts to grow customer base

- Lead user and market research initiatives and work with product and business development teams to translate customer data into actionable insights

- Analyze campaign results and optimize the growth strategy

- Work closely with the Paid Marketing team to ensure that paid media strategy are aligned with organic marketing campaigns and to optimize both paid and non-paid marketing efforts

- Utilize data driven methodologies, to improve effectiveness in all marketing channels

- Build relationships with other stakeholders to ensure we adopt best practices

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- A team player with leadership qualities and excellent management skills

- Ability to work on multiple tools at the same time

- Experience with SEO, web analytics, Google search console and similar tools

- Experience with conversion rate optimization, including running a/b tests

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
