About Herbal Chakra:
We are a Series A funded D2C start-up with a portfolio of Ayurvedic products. We are building a portfolio of innovative products to match the goodness of Ayurveda with the needs of the new age customers.
The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.
Key responsibilities:
Own Strategy, Planning & Execution of Digital Marketing Calendar for Annual, Seasonal & Monthly time-lines
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM/SMM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaign
Work and coordinate with third party vendors to deliver the digital marketing targets Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Innovative thinking to create new ways of interacting with customers and enhancing the customer experience
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Eligibility:
Minimum 5 years of work experience in Digital Marketing
MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 college
Experience of working with FMCG / D2C industry
Hand-on experience in building a strong content strategy and community
Should have hands-on experience in growing sales through Instagram, Facebook, Google and Amazon/Marketplace performance marketing campaigns
Excellent interpersonal skills
Energetic & innovative leader who likes to set ambitious goals and build high performance teams
