Position Summary: - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion across platforms.
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team, providing guidance and support.
- Oversee SEO and SEM campaigns for improved rankings and ROI.
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to track effectiveness and optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on digital marketing performance and insights
Job Description:- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years' experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management and SEO/SME.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing and sales principles.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
