- Handling Pan India team of direct sales members and driving revenue growth to meet target expectations
- Building market intelligence and directing team to grow the revenue share
- Responsible for pan India targets for direct sales; Generate & exceed assigned revenue targets per month
- Execute & establish any new media solutions across platforms that are developed by the organization in the market to the key target clients in the region.

- Defining Sales targets, allocation to the sales team, and closely monitoring the team's progress.
- Closely work with the Business Head/CBDO of the company to drive revenue growth.
