Job Description:
- This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high performance environment that emphasizes on spreading Hello Learner's award winning live learning courses across the globe. Your role will start with contacting potential customers (parents and students) to set up calls, counsel the students on learning pedagogies, brief them about the programs and close sales.
- You will be working 6 days a week, taking up revenue responsibility. This hybrid model of sales will give you an exposure to the best of inside-sales and direct-sales.
- Initiating phone conversations with parents who complete the demo classes for their kids and intensely following up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle.
- Handling the sales for both the online courses, i.e. Coding and English course on the platform.
Preferred Skill Sets:
- Keen interest in education.
- Being interested in mentoring students.
- A knack for sales and positioning an idea.
Location: Across India, Work from home
Selection Process: Personal telephonic interview rounds.
CTC for BDA: 9.5 lakhs (6.5 L fixed and 3L Performance Pay)
