Area Sales Manager - Aftermarket
Key Responsibilities :
Customer Mapping & Market Potential Assessment :
- Market research need to be carried out for mapping the customers and assessing the market potential for all segments in the assigned territory
Target Completion :
- Meeting the requirements of business plan as per the potential of the assigned territory
Primary Channel :
- Appointment of primary channel for all segments in the given territory
Secondary Sales & Market Development :
- Building the network for secondary sales for all Segments along with primary sales and develops the market
Reporting & Forecasting :
- Keeping track of client information, forecasting future trends and change in the need/preference/behavior of the clients
After Sales Support :
- Handling queries related to After Sales Service in line with company policy and coordinate with the related departments
Promotional Activities :
- Periodic Product demo /sales promotional activity with target objective and result
Basic Requirements :
- Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Local Language is must
- Good hand on experience in the automotive sector
- Good persuasion and strong analytical skills
- Good presentation skills
Education :
- Graduation (B.Tech/B.E/Science field) or Diploma in Automobile
