Helix - Manager - Product Marketing

We are seeking a rockstar Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Helix, a community-support platform that rewards community members for answering questions. As a Web3 protocol, we are working to decentralize developer support and expand it to all types of customer support.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for owning all product communication and acting as a product evangelist for Helix. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to create and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating content for social media, blogs and other marketing materials.

Responsibilities :

- Own all product communication and act as a product evangelist

- Create and execute go-to-market strategies

- Create content for social media, blogs and other marketing materials

- Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop and execute product positioning and messaging

- Monitor and report on market trends and competitive activity

- Communicate with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights

Qualifications :

- Strong communication skills

- Previous experience in product marketing at a Saas Company

- Experience creating content for social media, blogs and other marketing materials

- Bonus: Strong interest in blockchain and Web3 technologies

- Bonus: Blockchain experience in any role

- Nice to have

- Web3 industry experience
