Helix - Digital Content Creator

We are seeking a Digital Content Creator to join our team at Helix, a community-support platform that rewards community members for answering questions. As a Web3 protocol, we are working to decentralize developer support and expand to all types of customer support.

As a Senior Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating high-quality written and digital content across a variety of formats and platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging and informative content on topics such as Web3, blockchain, community, and open-source. Additionally, you will also be responsible for producing digital content across podcasts, YouTube and blogs. You will also be responsible for creating engaging social media posts.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create high-quality written and digital content across a variety of formats and platforms

- Create engaging and informative content on topics such as Web3, blockchain, community, and open-source

- Produce digital content across podcasts, YouTube and blogs

- Create engaging social media posts

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and plans

- Develop and maintain an editorial calendar

- Ensure all content is consistent with the company's brand voice and tone

Qualifications:

- Strong writing and editing skills

- Experience in writing and creating digital content on topics such as Web3, blockchain, community, and open-source

- Experience creating social media posts

- Experience with audio and video editing software

- Strong attention to detail

- Bonus: Strong interest in blockchain and Web3 technologies
