About Helix:

Helix is a Web3 protocol that rewards community members for answering questions. Think of it as decentralized Stack Overflow with crypto rewards and on-chain reputation. We are working with several L1s to supplement their developer support with Helix.

Communities play a critical role in web3. At Helix, we are building the product that empower and reward community members to support each other. This helps the protocol to scale their customer support by partnering with community members.

We are starting with decentralizing the developer support (technical questions). But, our goal is to decentralize all kinds of support including regular customer support (non-technical questions).

We are a fast growing crypto startup. We deeply care about our mission. The founding team consists of entrepreneurs with experience at Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft and Uber. It's a fast growing Web3 company backed by some of the most well-known investors in Crypto.

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a Sales and Business Development Associate to join our team at Helix, a community-support platform that rewards community members for answering questions. As a Web3 protocol, we are working to decentralize developer support and expand to all types of customer support.

As a Sales and Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand and communicate the value of our platform, create and deliver presentations and proposals, and negotiate and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities

- Build relationships with potential clients

- Understand and communicate the value of our platform

- Create and deliver presentations and proposals

- Negotiate and close deals

- Monitor and report on market trends and competitive activity

Qualifications:

- Strong interest in sales and business development

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Experience with sales techniques and tools

Bonus: Strong interest in blockchain and Web3 technologies
