Job Responsibilities

- Formulates new products, from development to commercialization, within defined regulatory parameters.

- Establishes guidelines and criteria for acceptance and testing of chemical raw materials in finished blends.

- Prepare research proposals including analytical, technical and financial data for developing and testing new or improved products.

- Manage daily laboratory operations and schedules. Plan, execute and monitor laboratory research programs and technologies.

- Creates and develops new and improved products, innovative ideas, processes, protocols, techniques, and systems to support NPD goals.

- Develops specifications for new or reformulated product by creating innovative and differentiated solutions. Conduct stability testing and record results.

- Creates Project Timelines in accordance with Marketing priorities, sets milestones/critical path and ensures on time project completion.

- Operates within company's Quality Management System. Conduct stability testing and record results.

- Participates in team driven activities to facilitate on- going production improvements or new product development projects.

- Identifies and/or evaluates materials or technologies to assess technical performance.

- Uses experimental designs, researches, analyses and interprets data to determine feasibility/efficacy of proposed solutions Recommends product modifications and process improvements Supports other R&D functions, PMG, Regulatory Implements, develop s and/or improves test methodologies and/or processes.
