We're Paper Boat: maker of authentic Indian drinks, purveyor of the good ol' days. Things are heating up fast in our neck of the woods, so we're looking for a Regional Sales Manager, who's more like a shape-shifting mini-god who can slay unruly spreadsheets, pulverize targets, and tame tonnes of PPTs.
We're basically looking for someone who -
- Has had prior FMCG/FMCD experience as an ASM, or has been an entrepreneur
- Is an MBA graduate from 2012, latest
- Is a data-nut, and can drive business through use of collection systems like SFA
- Will be managing Sales Managers across all channels - General Trade, Modern Trade, and Key Accounts - in a given region
- Is confident of meeting month-on-month revenue delivery as per business plan
- Can scale sales operations up, up, and up through assigned managers
- Can motivate team members
- Is a leader, a teacher, and a mentor - and can guide and nurture a team up until the Sales Executive Level
- Looks forward to a life on the road - given 50% of this person's time will be spent traveling.
