As the Regional Head of Key Accounts, you will beresponsible for client delivery as per SLAs, maintaining loyalty, upselling and cross selling new product features to existing clients. You shall foster long term relationships with our clients to consistently improve NDR (Net Dollar Rate) y-o-y and reduce churn. Highly critical, revenue focused, this role holder is expected to have exceptional communication, data analytic and leadership skills. To be successful in this role, you must build strong client connects to understand the problems they want to solve and give feedback to internal teams to make the products better on an on-going basis.
Responsibilities:
- Articulate SLAs with BD for client
- Align operations team on deliverables committed to the client
- Analyze metrics and data to generate insights for the client
- Present on a monthly / quarterly / bi-annually / annual basis to the KMP of the client on value add done
- Consistently engage the executive sponsor of the client on Heaps value proposition
- Identify new use cases for the product and pitch them to client to improve NDR and reduce churn y-o-y
- Clearly communicate to the products team on the requirements from the client
Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal - includes being highly skilled with powerpoint and ability to give presentations to CXOs
- Fantastic data analytic skills - generate insights and create story from data
- Healthcare delivery experience of 6-7 years is a must
- Total experience of 8-12 years should include consulting / CS in tech companies other than healthcare delivery
- Strategy experience is a must
- Excellent understanding of hospital profitability metrics (ARPP, ALOS, ARPOB, Occupancy)
