Key Responsibilities:


- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-onboarding, ensuring they are supported, informed, and satisfied with the products/services.


- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.


- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure product adoption and gather feedback for future improvements.


- Lead a team of sales representatives, ensuring they are aligned with company goals and client needs.


- Regularly follow up with the internal sales team to monitor progress, ensure adherence to timelines, and address any challenges in a timely manner.


- Review and approve sales reports, ensure follow-up actions are taken, and help resolve any bottlenecks.


- Apply strong knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management, and product offerings to drive business success.


- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets.


- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.


- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales progress, team performance, and client satisfaction.


- Identify areas where the team can improve and offer recommendations for further training or process enhancements.


- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and work with the team to ensure targets are consistently met.


- Mentor and train junior sales staff to improve their skills, product knowledge, and overall sales performance.


- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team.


Qualifications & Skills:


- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or client relationship management, with at least 2 years in a team-leading or managerial capacity.


- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and nurture client relationships after onboarding.


- Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and customer relationship management techniques.


- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.


- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve sales objectives.


- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, especially in client-facing scenarios.


- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.


- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot) is preferred.


- Master's or Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
