Business Head - Neonatal
- You will be responsible for the P&L of Neonatal Business and develop the neonatal division. Guiding the team in Market Development, Revenue Generation of the business unit. This extends from increasing the profitability of existing products to developing new products for the company.
- You will help to develop new ideas based on your industry experience and your contact with customers and prospects.
- You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You will work with sales team to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer.
Activities :
- Develop and implement strategic market plan for neonatal products as assigned.
- Product positioning
- Pricing Strategies
- Market research and analysis
- Product forecasting
- Competitive analysis
- Lead a team and drive the Neonatal division in achieving the desired revenues
- Excellent understanding on the pathophysiology of neonatal jaundice, current diagnostic and treatment methods
- Good understanding on the neonatal market.
- Attended at least 4 major neonatology congresses in India.
- Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product.
- This involves printed and electronic promotional material, product training, and relevant clinical papers.
