Manager - Digital Strategy

Role and Responsibility :

HealthSetGo is looking for a sharp and dynamic profile for the role of Digital Strategy with the key metric to ensure growth of traffic, revenue, conversion rate and revenue per visitor (RPV).

An ideal candidate should have at least 3 Years of work experience in a similar field of Digital marketing, understanding of analytics, user behaviour online and data analysis. Should have an MBA in Marketing. Prior E-commerce marketing experience is a plus.

1. The Manager will be liasoning with Brand Strategy, Design and Content and IT Teams to conceptualize and execute and Marketing initiatives on the HealthSetGo customer facing digital platform.

2. The strategies would be geared towards CPC campaigns, E-mail Marketing,Online Deals & Promotions,Coupons and Viral Marketing.develop a digital marketing plan and setting strategies for website development and growth based on traffic & SEO.

3. Traffic building across product verticals using analytics to map, analyze user data, interpret online users behavior, and measuring ROI across the digital media.

4. Identify, Execute and Manage potential business alliances.

5. Setting strategies and managing SEM, PPC, Affiliate marketing, Online Branding & PR, Lead Generation, Blogs, Forums, Webinars, Mobile marketing to achieve higher page views and unique visitors.

1. Will be responsible for the production of email marketing communications with customers and merchants.

2. Should be well versed with email marketing platforms and strategies and work closely with their company's graphic design, product development and marketing teams to create visually appealing email templates, effective landing pages and other online messaging for various audiences.

3. Should also utilize measurement tools and computer software to create mass email campaigns, track open and delivery rates, and monitor subscriptions according to spam regulations.

4. Identifying high-growth and high-revenue opportunities and taking a lead on executing them.

Skills :

1. Creativity and Thinking out of the box.

2. Ability to manage external agencies and vendors

3. Skills in planning, execution and project management of ATL and BTL.

4. Good communication skills

5. Prior experience in marketing, collateral development, and branding a plus.

Expected CTC : Negotiable for the right candidate fit.
